They were able to blend the new and old wood together beautifully. They applied a clear satin finish and the floors all look new and modern. Despite a problem which was encountered after the installation process began (problem due to the structure of our building , and not to any actions by Renovation), they were quick to find a solution, and implemented it without delaying the completion of the project. We had a great experinece with Renovation Hardwood floors, Cristina and Peter were really professional, they were true to their promise, came to work before 8 am every morning and left after 6pm, they finished our hardwood earlier than what they originally promissed. I have to say that they were beyond professional and were very caring, our solid hardwood had color variations, it had very light and dark pieces and it made us very nurveous about the finish look, but Cristina and her husband were very caring and spent time arranging wood colors, they hand selected nicer colors for the living room and left the light ones for the bathroom and under the gas and fridge, their extra effort helped a lot with the final look of the floor, I really appreciate the way that they treated this project and we really like our floors.

These folks were fantastic. Professional, punctual, honest, affordable, and (probably most importantly) great at what they do. We had them rip up carpet/laminate floor to restore the original wood floors underneath. When they discovered the wood under the kitchen floor wouldn't be restorable, they worked with us to explain our options and the various price points going forward. We ended up having them install a new oak floor in the kitchen, which was very affordable and looks fantastic. I have a feeling the kitchen was A LOT more work than they had initially anticipated, but they stuck to the original price they had quoted us even as it probably took more work and time than they had expected. On top of everything else, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I have already recommended them to a number of friends who are thinking about getting their floors done and I will continue to do so!
